The
DIY To The Rescue crew comes to the aid of Bob and Kay Bird and their beloved cats. The Birds main stairway has some safety problems, from slipping guests to falling felines. Karl, Amy and Nathan teach the Birds how to paint and install 200 balusters in their balcony railing so their cats can't slip through. Amy shows Kay an easy "hot patch" drywall repair method for some existing holes, and the project wraps up with the help of a professional carpet installer.
